Gülhane Kıvanç has a BA at International Relations and a MA at Industrial Relations and Human Resources at Istanbul University, where she conducted studies on corporate culture, and socio-economic and demographic characteristics of societies. She started her career in the textile industry, with roles in packaging, inspection and consulting, as well as quality management, production, and planning, along with international relations and human resources. She is a Universum certified employer brand professional and she currently oversees all operational processes of Evrim Kuran Consulting.
